ARTICLE XII

Finances

1. All receipts, revenues, and expenditures incident to the conduct of the affairs of the Society shall be implemented by the Treasurer employing a fund to be known as the General Fund.

2. The Society Director, Committee Chairman, or any member required to travel for the benefit of the Society shall be eligible for reimbursement from the General Fund for travel expenses upon approval by the Executive Board. The reimbursement shall include round trip coach airfare, meals, lodging and other reasonable expenses. No reimbursement shall be made until expense receipts are presented to the Treasurer of the Society and approved by the Executive Board.

ARTICLE XIII

Voting

Only Members shall vote. Each Member shall have one vote.

ARTICLE XIV

Amendments

These By-Laws may be amended by a majority vote of the Voting Members present at a regular meeting provided the proposed amendment has been submitted to the Society for consideration at the last previous meeting. None of the provisions of these By-Laws shall be retroactive.
