ARTICLE XV

Parliamentary Procedure

Except as otherwise provided by these By-Laws, any question of parliamentary order arising in the course of conduct of meetings, and the meetings of all duly constituted committees of the Society, shall be resolved pursuant to the latest, revised edition of Robert's Rules of Order.

ARTICLE XVI

National Affiliation

This Society is a member of the Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology. Furthermore, the Society subscribes to all existing provisions of the Federation By-Laws and no provision of the Society By-Laws shall operate in conflict with the spirit and intent of any provisions wherein the Federation By-Laws are intended to affect the membership standard, operational functions, or obligations of the Society.

ARTICLE XVII

Boundaries

The boundaries of this Society shall include all territory within a 100-mile radius of Dallas, TX. Full Membership not within the boundaries is allowed provided applicant is not within the boundaries of another constituent Society.

ARTICLE XVIII

Dissolution

In the event of the dissolution of the Dallas Society for Coatings Technology, any of the Society's assets remaining after payment of all debts and obligations incurred pursuant to the Society's By-Laws, shall be dispersed as determined by a membership meeting called by the D SCT Executive Board with minimal 30-days notice.
