ARTICLE III

Officers

The officers of this Society shall be:

1. A President, who shall preside at all meetings, appoint all committees, and call special meetings. Special meetings may not be called without ten days notice to all members.

2. A President - Elect, who shall assume the Presidency the following term, shall also act as President during the formers absence .

3. A Secretary, who shall discharge the usual duties of his office, and especially send detailed reports of all meetings, lectures and discussions to the Editor of the Journal of Coatings Technology. He should also send to the Executive Vice-President of the Federation, in February of each year, a complete list of the joint FSCT/D SC T Members in the Society and continually keep such list updated.

4. A Treasurer, who shall send out bills for dues, collect all monies, and pay all bills . He shall also furnish a copy of the treasurer's report each month to the President and Secretary.

5. A Past-President, who completed his term as President shall serve on the Executive Board the following year.

6. Executive Board - The Executive Board shall be composed of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Past-President, Society Director, and shall serve as the Nominations Committee.
