Quorum
A quorum shall consist of nine majority of Voting Members present.
ARTICLE VI
Election of Officers
1. Officers shall be elected from the Full Members at the Society Annual Meeting by a majority vote of those present. Officers shall be nominated by the Nominating Committee or by any Voting Member. Individual election of officers does not need to take place; a slate of officers may instead be approved. Officers elected at the Annual Meeting shall take office immediately following the Annual Meeting. The order for the DSCT chairs shall start with Treasurer, followed in order by Secretary, Vice-President, President, and end with Past-President.
2. Vacancies in elective offices may be filled by a majority vote of the Voting Members present at a regular meeting on recommendation of the Nominating Committee.
