ARTICLE VII

Committees

A. There shall be four standing committees appointed in by the President following installations.

These committees shall be as follow:

1. Membership: The duties of this committee shall be to solicit members and pass on all applications.

2. Nominating: The duties of this committee shall be to nominate Full Members to serve as officers and the Society Director to the Federation Council.

3. Program: The duties of this committee shall be to arrange all programs and entertainment for meetings.

4. Technical: The duties of this committee shall be to investigate all specifications and report to the Society on the same and to conduct such technical work and research as it may determine to be for the best interest of the Society. There shall be six members; three appointed each year for a two-year term. The President shall appoint a chairman each year.

B. Advisory Committee: This committee shall consist of the last two presidents and the active president of the Society. The Chairman of this committee shall be the President of the Society whose term has just been completed. The committee shall take office immediately following the Annual Meeting and shall be subject to the call of the chairman. The duties of this committee shall be to act in an advisory capacity and to assist the officers in the governing of this Society.

C. The President may also appoint such other committees as he may see fit for the good of the Society.
