ARTICLE VIII Annual MeetingsThe Annual Meeting and election of officers shall be held in the month of May. ARTICLE IX Meetings1. Regular meetings shall be held on the second Thursday following the first Wednesday of each month, September to May, or as decided by the Executive Board. 2. Special meetings may be called by the President or Vice-President, and when necessary or advisable, the regular meeting night may be changed or canceled. |
